Pulses for Nutritional Security and Agricultural Sustainability – New Delhi

India is the largest producer, importer and consumer of pulses globally, as they are the main source of protein for this predominantly vegetarian country. It is therefore not by chance that the "Pulses for Nutritional Security and Agricultural Sustainability" event will be held in New Delhi from 12 - 14 November.
During this event, experts in the world of pulses will meet in order to raise public awareness about their benefits as part of a healthy diet, their nutritional value and their contribution to sustainability. They will also discuss areas related to food security, and draw up a road map aimed at increasing production in the coming years.
