Peeled chickpeas

Chickpeas are an excellent source of plant-based protein, carbohydrates and minerals, with the great advantage of being light and easy to digest. Their high content of iron and calcium, as well as phosphorus and potassium, make them excellent for aiding digestion and lowering cholesterol. By peeling them, chickpeas become lighter and easier to digest.

Red Adzuki Beans

These seeds, which are slightly smaller than regular beans, have a high protein and carbohydrate content, and can be considered halfway between a first course and a main. In other words, they provide many of the nutrients needed for a complete and balanced meal.

Cannellini Beans

Cannellini beans, like all pulses, are rich in protein, vitamins and minerals and have cleansing properties.

Green Peas

Peas are a low-glycaemic index food due to their high fibre content, which means that they can reduce blood glucose peaks after meals. In addition to precious micronutrients such as potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, they also contain oligosaccharides that improve the intestinal flora, along with the well-known benefits of pulses: protein and complex carbohydrates.

Whole Oats

Oat is a cereal grain that contains a good amount of protein and healthy unsaturated fats. With their high soluble fibre content, they help the cardiovascular system by keeping cholesterol levels low and reducing blood sugar peaks. This cereal is also rich in iron, phosphorus, zinc and B vitamins.

PREPARE IT LIKE THIS

IN THE MICROWAVE:

Take the tray out of the paper package, open it in part by lifting the film, put the tray in the microwave and heat it at 800 watt for 1 minute. Then, remove the film, stir the soup and enjoy.

IN A PAN:

Pour the contents of the tray into a non-stick pan, stir and heat it to the desired temperature. While heating, we recommend adding 4 tablespoons of water.

Alternatively, try it at room temperature.

STORAGE: at room temperature, away from sources of heat and direct sunlight.
Once the package is open, keep it in the fridge and eat within 2 days.
