Suggestions for use

We recommend soaking these chickpeas for 8-12 hours. It is better to rinse them first in cold water before placing them in a pot with about 500ml of water for every 100g of product. Allow around 70g per person: bring to a boil before covering and cooking on a low heat for 20-25 min. Once cooked, add salt to flavour and to prevent the chickpeas from becoming hard and crunchy. If using a pressure cooker, the cooking time should be halved.
