We wish to inform you that the EU Regulation 2016/679 governs the processing of personal data relating to legal persons. Pursuant to the indicated Regulation, this processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your personal data and your rights.

2. Purpose, legal basis of the processing for which the data are intended
The processing has the following purposes:
a) Analysis of aggregated site visits for statistical purposes: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols;
b) Data collection of contacts to the site through the form in order to manage requests for commercial information (see under privacy policy point II.);
c) Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
d) Newsletter: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site for registration to the newsletter information notice involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary for sending the newsletter, as well as any other personal data included in the message. 3. Data Retention Period
“Cookies” are stored in the visitor’s device for the duration of each cookie (see page Cookie policy for more information). The data collected for the management of contacts through the site are processed and collected for the management of the request and for future commercial initiatives and until the data subject requests cancellation.

4. Modality of processing
Processing will be carried out by means of computer tools and/or paper supports.

5. Nature of personal data
Your personal data and navigation data are processed.

6. Mandatory or optional nature of the contribution
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the contact request forms or newsletter sending forms or however indicated in the website to request the newsletter, information material or other communications. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

7. Scope of communication and dissemination of data
The data contained on the website may be disseminated to external suppliers for the maintenance and updating of the servers and the site itself and by the provider of the site itself. However, the data will not be disseminated outside the EU.

8. Rights of the data subject
With regard to the data themselves, this company may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 (access), 16 (correction), 17 (cancellation), 18 (limitation), 20 (portability) and 21 (objection) of EU Regulation 2016/679.
