This year, from 9 to 12 May, tradition meets innovation in a celebration of the flavours that make Italy famous all over the world, through round table discussions, debates, conferences and presentations. Alongside the key figures of the 18th International Food Exhibition, AMÍO will use this opportunity to present its new perspective on the world of pulses to Italy and Europe.
