Cibus 2016, the perfect opportunity to meet one another.

Cibus is the event that presents the very best of Italian food and wine to an international audience of industry professionals each year. It is no coincidence that the event is held in Parma, declared by UNESCO a "Creative City of Gastronomy".

This year, from 9 to 12 May, tradition meets innovation in a celebration of the flavours that make Italy famous all over the world, through round table discussions, debates, conferences and presentations. Alongside the key figures of the 18th International Food Exhibition, AMÍO will use this opportunity to present its new perspective on the world of pulses to Italy and Europe. Here, in the very place from which Italy exports a food philosophy based on care and excellence across the globe, you can preview our project and our products.
