It's time to sow chickpeas in Mexico

November in Mexico differs significantly to that in Europe, due to its mild climate; it is therefore the perfect month for sowing giant chickpeas, especially along the northwest coast of the country. In other states, however, planting continues until the end of the winter: the chickpea plant is, in fact, a pulse that is typically sown in cold weather, even in Italy.
